There all almost exactly the same?.. is that on purpose?

Think you've got a long way to go personally, it seems all very crammed and a bit dated to be honest, and frankly it almost looks like you have put zero effort into the little bits that make a website so appealing.

Starting off with your images, having the original white borders like you've just copied it into photoshop and saved as a jpeg, is not really a good look, and the aesthetics of your navigation bar, in my opinion it reflects hardly any good design techniques what so ever.

I'm going to have to go with this being either an extremely rushed site, or your on a learning curve, but my advise, take your time in whatever you do and think rationally.

Look at other sites that you like and take inspiration.

They are okay, not perfect, very old school, but I think they will work well as long as you get the SEO right. I have seen a lot worse out there.
