I like most of this you know...

Insead of splitting the boxes on the left with that rather large stroke, have it as a tall box that stretches to the same length of the other one, with a thin 1px grey line splitting up each section..

Your heading's need to be resized I believe - the heading 'New Products' need to be bigger than the panels on the left.

Swap the two panels round, a Cart is usually on the right hand side and is therefore more custom for the user to look.

And, one thing that people are concerned about is price! You have a cart Icon to be able to send it to your checkout, but not a single price.

You want people to be able to buy things in the least amount of clicks as possible, i.e completing a task on your site as quick as possible.

( I do not like your 6th sense design logo in the bottom left, is that going to stay there?)

Correct me if im wrong but is this not a template.

Nothing wrong with that but updating minor graphics, colours and adding your logo does not make this your own design.

If you're going to modify existing templates, least have the decency to be clear about it from the off.

Oooops...

haha.

Man, that logo is bloody massive. You should not have your logo on some one else's company site AT ALL! That is just wrong.
What you can have though is, "site designed by blalblablah" in a font size 10px! :)

Eh? J.P linked a PSD template for sale, which your design is pretty much a rip-off of.

Doesn't matter where you got the PSD the fact is you presented this design as yours - and aside from a few tweaks and colour changes, it isn't.

If you'd been up front and honest about the fact the design isn't entirely yours from the off, there wouldn't be a problem - but you presented it as your own work which pisses people off.
