What legal information do i need to show on a ecommerce store.

Hello, im creating the legal documents for my website atm.

Im doing the links in the footer to some inportant information and wish to put the legal stuff there.

So far i have:

Term & Condition

Shipping & Returns

Use of Information


What else do i need to include?

The business name etc is in the footer and email address can be found other places.

Depends on the services you are selling , e.g if your selling Goods you need things like distance selling regulation Act and your company registration / VAT numbers etc.

It will also depend on your merchant bank too. The majority of them have specific pages they need to see - without them, you won;t get your account approved. To your list you could also add in: piracy policy, security information.
