Clearing CPU cache

Is anyone aware of any tips/tricks I can do to clear my CPU cache without restarting?

Reason being, I can't play some games without it lag because the CPU cache is using all the memory. I have to restart with a fresh cache if I want to play unlaggy games.

CPU cache should manage itself - if you're suffering from poor performance the problem's likely elsewhere. Could you post specs and setup (OS etc)?
