Actually, on a serious note - your desktop makes mine look like poo!
Why don't you make your portfolio site in that style??
It's a pitty I didn't draw or have anything to do with the design of it. It was downloaded from here.
I may have a go though. It could be a more interesting style and less like a fag packet

One of my four screens! Different Animal for each screen
I do love a Mac desktop. Always looks alot more organized than Windows.

That's far to neat and tidy.
It's funny I'm the messy one around my house but I'm a little OCD when it comes to the files and folder on my pc

I've got an old XP computer which has a lot of other browsers like Chrome, Opera, Safari for testing, and other programs like VLC media player, Skype, Camedia (Olympus) camera software, so I try to keep my main PC with just what I use frequently.
Notice how the two mods plus Dizi (I count you as a mod) so far have the neatest desktops? That says something. Skidz has a neat desktop, but with that many icons I'd never find anything quickly. Porkchops? Neat but confusing with three windows.

teehee I did wonder who the third mod was that posted
Though I think that Renaissance just put all his desktop clutter in the 'to sort' folder like Robbie suggested just to make it look like his is tidy

How is one desktop with a row of icons t the bottom any different from another desktop with a row of icons at the bottom any different?
Currently not at my desktop but I'll post it up when I am. Be warned it's a ver boring Vista desktop though.

Renaissance that is scarily like my desktop!
Porkchops - that backdrop took a while to load on my missus' Dell mini, but it was nice!

How did you get that bar at the top?

Enjoy, it's super useful! I keep all my webdesign stuff in there, well 80% of it.

No problem man, you can even use it to substitute your windows taskbar by configuring the settings to minimize windows to the rocket dock. but I prefer to have it as a sort of "shortcut" bar
