Transferring a site question

Hello, I hope somone can help me out here. whats the best way to transfter a CMS site so it still has all its users / databases in tact?

Very much depends on the CMS being used.

That one was aimed at transferring to siteground but I imagine the principles are the same.

last month i had same problem. What i did was i just move Control Panel back to another hosting control panel.
that is the best way to do that. ıf you cant do that ask your hosting provider to do it. Normal price for do it around 5-10 USD per website.
