I have the attached photoshop picture.

I do not know how to make the thin pink line.

I have tried top make it using line tool, but it is too thick. I need to make one smooth and thin like in the attached picture.

Please let me know.

Mnay thanks,
Alisia

Use the marquee tool on a blank layer, make it 1px tall and as wide as you need and fill with the appropriate color.

Or, use the line tool but make sure it lines up on the pixel grid. The other vector shapes can be setup to snap to pixel grid but the line cant, so it often looks blurry, or twice as big as you say it should be.

Your screen is made up of pixels and that's the smallest sized thing available to you.
If you've set the line tool to 1px then I'm afraid you can't get any thinner.

Also make sure you haven't got any anti-aliasing set up on the tool and hold the shift key as you drag out the line to make sure it's straight.

Hold CTRL and draw it with the pencil at size 1px...or am I missing something?
