Here is the second attempt at my logo design.

I think this design has a more professional feel to it. The one thing that is bothering me is the little lines either side of the word design. Is there anything else you would suggest instead?

What do you think?

The other designs which I now dislike are HERE.

quite like it - a little bit opulent!

My only critique would be to lose 'web design and development' off the bottom. Mention that elsewhere on your site obviously, but it's making the logo itself a tad too busy.

My 2cents anyway, see what the others reckon

Thanks Simon.

I know what opulent means (after getting out the dictionary :)) but do you think it is a good thing or not?

I think it's a better image than boobs.

If that's the look and feel you are after I don't see why not?

You'd need to carry it through the rest of the website of course.

Yes definately.

When I did the others I was never totally happy with them. They just didn't have any of the character I had hoped for. Then I found this font at fontsquirrel and it just turned out better than I could of hoped.

I really like it, looks clean and professional - maybe add some silver or a slightly different shade of gold?

This is indeed better than the previous one, try different colours and concepts and you will find your logo. :)
