As you may know I have recently launched a new website hosting service:-

PURE

In December and January all new sign-ups will have the opportunity to win their very own ipad*

*Terms

Winners will be notified sometime after 2013

All entrants must have a post count of 50 or less on WDF to be considered.

This offer does not involve an apple of any kind, but might involve a banana.

if this starts a 'rush to 50' posting trend then we know who to call upon! ;)

Will this be an iPad3 or 4 if it's being announced in 2013?

Just wanted to add something too if I may and I hope it doesn’t sound too corny..

I realise there's a lot of people peddling hosting services and also I know people don't like being sold to (I sure don't).

But the thing is, I've set a goal for 2012 to get 1000 sign-ups for this hosting. So far I've got 29! Which means I only have another 971 to go!!

I have a plan in place for 2012 and the strategy involves 4 different things. In January 2013 I will be reporting my results on my blog "coffee and code" (successful or otherwise) of exactly how did. (The article will be called 'How to get 1000 customers').

I'm going to give it my best shot. The results, if I am successful, may hopefully inspire other people to make a go of their online business too as I know business is tricky at the moment.

So, in conclusion, if anybody needs hosting or wants to get hosting for their clients, I'd be very grateful if you'd add Pure Hosting to your list of possibilities when comparing hosting providers.

Cheers all.

Simon

ps - yes the free ipad was a joke (sorry!)

Nice, good luck dude.

I find list building a very hard task, have you checked out this site - http://www.viperchill.com

This is a brilliant site which shows real life examples on successful list building and affiliate marketing broken down into great detail.

Hope it helps and also inspires.

I love the concept but there isn't enough technical info on the site to persuade me to move just yet.

With hosting I like to know exactly what im getting for the money, I don't necessarily need to know the brand of server but rather how much RAM, storage space im entitled to, how the server is backed up, network transfer, my limit on databases ect. Basically anything that could cause me issues later down the line.

Good point JP - I'll look into it.

I have made a few additions so far but I see there is room for improvement.

Would you prefer this info to be on the 'buy' page or in a separate 'FAQs' area?

Probably a separate F&Q area, linked from the about section.

Your call though.
