Hi everyone,

By way of introduction, my name is Aditya. I work for a FTSE 10 Oil Company in the UK as an economist. My business partner is an actuary in one of the big 4 firms in the city. We both graduated from the London School of Economics and are co-founders of a start up we are looking to hire into.

Currently, we are in the process of bringing various key individual to form the right team for this business idea. After having met a few solicitors/lawyers over the course of the last few weeks (where we received positive interest from various individuals), we have gotten on board a lawyer/solicitor (who is a partner in a Leeds based law firm) - he will be a business partner working with an equity stake in the business (rather than a traditional fee arrangement).

At the moment, we are looking for a business partner who specialises in the programming & web development side of things and would be happy to join our team - ideally as an equity stake-holder (rather than a fee based arrangement. We are flexible to negotiate a deferred fee arrangement offering upside potential alongside, etc).

At this stage, I have listed below some key words that may help in explaining some of the potential underlying features / characteristics of the project: Ad revenue, SEO/marketing, social network marketing, web design, databases / database comms, online security, innovative/creative coding, etc.

The ideal candidate is:-
1. Based in the UK
2. Experienced/very skilled (if you are a student) at web development, data communications.
3. Has an open mind and willling to challenge assumptions and ideas.

We are ideally looking for a business partner who has a mind of his own and is willing to share in and contribute to the business.
