Hi there,

I looking for a web developer to build a site for me FOR FREE – I'm making this point now just so you know where I stand.

But before you dismiss the idea outright, I am offering a 50/50 (open to discussion) stake in the business. Projected turnover for year one 100k, rising to 1m by the end of year 3 (conservative estimates). Breakeven within three months of launch. I know it sounds too good to be true, but really it isn’t.

Some information about the project:

MWZ (pronounced ‘MUSE’) represents a step-change in the role social media marketing plays on small- to-medium sized businesses; and a new era for a music industry, facing many barriers to its growth. MWZ is a website designed to capture a large market share of the growing spend in social media marketing, in addition to providing the music industry with an alternative solution to revising its fortunes...

There are two ways the company plans on generating revenue that does not include Ad’s. The first method involves taking a 7-9% share off every track sold on the MWZ website. The second involves charging SMB’s a subscription fee (of £100 P.A.) for the use of our online marketing suite. Once the website is up and running we anticipate it will gain momentum and start to generate impressive sales. In year one we expect to turnover £156,000 (equivalent to 1,560 SMB’s subscriptions), climbing to 1,332,329 by the end of year three. We expect to breakeven within the first year as well as making a profit. By doing a simple search online, our research identified over 45million potential SMB’s who match our target market profile. The majority of which coming from Europe and America.
This is a business and not a one off project. What I am offering here is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The project has legs and it is packed with a range of USP’s that will make it extremely attractive to our target market (interested to hear what the MOD has to say).

Information about me:

I’m a former D&T teacher; I quit about year ago to build the site. One year on and 4 developers later, my entire budget has gone :( If I could rewind the clock a year I would have done things differently. I would have a website up and running and I would not be offering a percentage deal.

My Requirements:

• Web developer/ designers
• Must have an impressive portfolio and experience
• Preferably from the UK
• Experience in opensource technology

If you are interested and want to find out more are project, drop us an email stating your: skills background, current commitments, experience, and recent activities... I will draw up short list candidates who will send you a brochure and executive summary (about a 5minute read) hi-lighting projects unique identity e.g. the concepts, USP’s and revenue streams that do NOT include ad revenue and much more. Upon further enquires I will make my decision.

I Look forward to hearing your thoughts

Kind regards

Stephen
