How much is my web site worth?

I am new to the forum. I have this dilema which is that I have made this website for a cousin of mine who rents apartments to turists. The site is quite simple and I didn't want to charge him for it because he's family, but he is insisting on paying me and is always asking how much I want for it.
I honestly have no ideas of prices for websites and I was hoping someone here could help me figure out how much this site is worth so I can have an idea of how much to charge my cousin.
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards.
P.S. It's not completely finished, for example I still need to program the form fields but other then that it's enough to be evaluated on.

The way I work out pricing is to basically site down and add up how many hours it took me, and then multiply that by my hourly rate.
So, if it took you in total 10 hours, and your hourly rate is £25 then you charge him £250
Simple as that.
Nobody can tell you how much it's "worth" because every one has different hourly rates. From charge £10 an hour. Others charge £100 an hour.
If it's a cousin, maybe charge him 15 quid an hour and price it up from there?
I'd charge maybe 700 if it were a client.

As above take how long you took to make it and times against how much you want per hour.
I'd pay 500-750 for that all day long. Great work!

If this site had a CMS, I'd probably charge between 800 to 1200.
But because it's for your cousin, and it's static, I think £250 is a fair price.

Beautiful site!
Is that all your own work? If so you should know how much sites cost because you should be inundated with work! lol
Anyway it depends on how financially flush your cousin is really. If they have a bit of spare cash floating around and you know they have then you shouldn't feel bad about stinging them for a couple of hundred but the site is worth much much more than that.
Just off topic a bit, i know i said the site was perfect and i know you didn't come here asking for critique but the green links below the images are really hard for me to read as i have really bad eyesight. Just a heads up

In response to MikeChipShop, yes it is all my work! I designed the whole site and programmed it as well. I'm a bit noobish with HTML and CSS so please dismiss the horrible coding
I actually am going to change the green coloured links to a blue tone. Haven't got around to it yet.
In response to Pedro, I have the site hosted temporarily on google app but I am going to buy a domain for it, but yes it is static, I don't have a CMS for it unfortunately.
I will definately consider every suggestion, thank you so much. This was a really big help

But that was my first option, but I realised it might not be the best approach. But I definately want to give him a discount.

You could just put your foot down with your cousin and say "I'm not taking any money off you but i could do with a few weeks holiday." then state "If any one asks you though, the site cost blah blah blah". That's normally what i do with family (unless it's family who are trying to get something for nothing, then i charge 'em full price

I've almost avoided doing work for family and friends altogether now (with the odd exception here and there) . Best decision ever!

Ya that would be the best thing... or take me out to dinner or something... but because he lives in the Azores and I in Luxembourg the only compensation is in fact money.

no matter how much you charge, but if you spend some time to convert it as a CMS ( wordpress ) theme, you can simply earn minimum $100/month at themeforest
