Country: Anywhere

Scope: I'm looking for a developer to develop my website. I have it designed, see attached, and have all the layered PSD files for all the pages. I'm not a coder so I'm not sure about all the details involved. I need a quote to develop the whole site. This is a complete new build project.

Looking for website development, javascript, PHP/MySQL, and a CMS. Would like it developed on a framework so it's flexible and able to be expanded as needed. I don't know all the details about developing this so I'm open to suggestions and advice. What I do know is I want to done right.

Size: Right now I have 17 pages but a lot of them are duplicate designs. I would say 8 unique pages.

Time Frame: Nothing specific. This is an on going project and I am flexible.

Budget: I am looking for a quote. I'm expecting to pay for this though. I want a professionally developed site done right so I'm not looking for a dirt cheap bargain. I'm looking for a serious quote to do this right.

Existing URL: None

Features: Log in, roll over map, picture ticker, PHP/MySQL database, I would like a social profiles section implemented that allows user to blog, upload pictures, update status, a CMS implemented that allows me to change the content in the main section and the side bar.

Take a look at it and ask any questions you can.
