Does anybody else find IE immensely frustrating for showing website changes?

I always go to internet options and clear the data but it always takes ages for the browser to show changes - sometimes even hours!

It makes debugging websites in IE massively annoying.

Any ideas what I can do? For example today W3 Total Cache broke my styling for IE8. I've fixed the issue but my IE point blank refuses to show the change, despite other copies of IE showing it fixed.

Think I've figured it out - you can clear the cache in developer tools.

I was trying those but it refused to budge. Clearing cache via F12 seems to work though.
