Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct section for this question nor do I know if the title fits.

I have set up a sub-domain on my hosting so I can set up a wordpress blog that I am building for a client so the client can have a look and see if they are happy. And then when they sign everything off I am going to transfer everything over to their domain.

While the site is in "development mode" I don't want Google or anyone to find the site, ie remain hidden.

I have read about robots.txt and was wondering is this the best route to follow or is there a better way?
