Hi

I'm hoping someone can suggest some ideas on what I can do for my client.

My clients company name has the word 'Erection' in the title and its also in the domain name. (They specialise in the construction industry)

Recently we've noticed that quite a few recipients mail boxes have been rejecting the emails sent from the client. The only thing we think it could be is the word 'Erection' included in the domain.

Is there anything we can do?

not really unless you get them to change their spam filter. I think Scunthorpe Council had a similar problem.

In a worse case scenario, the MX Recrods or mail server IP address has been BlackListed for Spam or another reason,

In a good case scenario, the keyword is causing the issue.

The Spam filters may need to be configured or they could use a different domain name for their company emails. Something shorter maybe, without the "trigger" word.

Best Regards,
