I need help on this one!

I haven't been designing long but have managed to get my site looking correct in all browsers (except IE6 but that's another issue) apart from Firefox 7.0 for Windows.

Everything is contained inside an 'outerWrapper' div with the following styles applied to it:

margin: 30px auto;
width: 900px;

In every browser, even IE6 in fact, this 'outerWrapper' is correctly set with even left and right margins inside the browser window. However in Firefox 7.0 for Windows, no left and right margins are given, the edge of the browser window just butts up against the content! The top and bottom (30px) margins show correctly though.

I know this because I use the Adobe Browser lab to preview what the site will look like in all browsers but perhaps it is that which is wrong? I don't know but could really do with some help.

Please help :) !

I'd go with the BrowserLab theory. Nothing beats actual testing in a browser.

Thanks for that.

However I work on a Mac - so how do I go about testing it?

Cool, so how do I go about this? My site isn't live yet, so do I need to post the code to you or what? Thank you :)

Either host it somewhere or (ghetto solution) in the public folder of your Dropbox.

Topic moved to Web Browsers and duplicate topic removed. Post once, in the appropriate board.
