Hi Everyone,

I've read the rules of the forum and thought to send a post out as I'm in need of a developer to join our team.

We've had communication from range of VC's and Angel networks in London and a few VC's in the US. We're currently in the process in raising investment. But we would like to have a BETA release to show investors in January. Alot of the VC's belief that our product has the potential to become a very powerful and profitable platform if we get the users and companies signed up. Obviousl this is a big "IF"

I need to find a developer who wants to join our team. The idea we have is that someone to work with us in exchange on a small amount of equitity as the majority of the website is already built. Then once we recieve investment they then work with us full time and then help develop a team and move forward with the company.

I fully understand that at the moment there's not much we can offer but we hope that the equitity and the hard work from the developer can potentially make them rich. Also you will not be working on your own developinng, you will be working with myself and Krystian. So it would be the three of us developing.

We would like to find a developer who has HTML/CSS, Jquery, ASP.net and SQL knowledge. We would also like the developer to live in the London/berkshire/ Buckinghsmshire area. We want a developer who is enthusiastic ambitious, a team player and wants to make this product a National/global sucess.

If your interested please send me a text or phone call to 07515530218, or even send me a message on the forum. I'll hapilly disucss what we do and more information on our social network. Maybe even meetup to see if we think your the right developer to help us in our company.

I look forward to your response - Also admin if anything wrong with this post please let me know and I'll change it asap!

Cheers

Steve

Hi everyone - Just wondering if there's any reason why no one has been interested? If anyone has any feedback or advise that would be great.

I basically want to get some great people involved in my Network, and make it happen!

Thanks Everyone

probably this "someone to work with us in exchange on a small amount of equitity".

Working for nothing or a share of nothing doesn't pay bills.

Hi Zed,

Thanks for your comment - I think the problem is that i'm only willing to discuss full details on what we do to people who might be interested in the project.

The type of investors who are interested and the amount we're raising would turn this from a project working in our bedrooms into potentially huge business in a short amount of time. I fully understand where your coming from...and I would never work for nothing...I've been in similar situations fixing computer's during any free hours before and after working hours just to get me through the month and pay the rent. However i'm a working class person from a working class family.

If I could pay someone I would, however I belief that the percentage of equitity and being a major player in our business (IF) sucessful will have a far better return . The raising investment is a matter of when it will happen rather than will. We've got some of the top investors in the world interested in us. It's not essential to have a developer, but it would save us alot of time.

I guess that if someone on here interested would need to take a risk with us, and if sucessful could be the best decision they could of ever made, if not sucessful then it's time wasted.

I know i'm rambling on, but I hope there's someone here who might take a risk with us. I also know that alot of people say they have the next big thing, but we've got alot of high profile people excited about us and eager to see us in january.

Anyway thanks for your comment :)
