Like most hosting companies, we use an online billing package (WHMCS) but we also use this billing software to generate invoices for web design clients too.
What I'm wondering is, do you guys also use any 'local' software to keep records of customers and invoices, etc, or do you rely solely on your online billing software?

Its not that we keep a whole record of the client in local software also like date, invoice no, cost etc.
