Just a bit of different post to say kudos to hearty internet.

I only use them for domains and an auto renew payment failed. Their support staff initially gave a naff a response telling the "the card had failed" that I wasn't pleased with - rated their response as "very poor", because it was :)

Within 10 minutes someone from heart called me back to sort it out.

It's kinda refreshing from a bigger company to call back, so quick. So a quick kudos to them.

Shame really that your having to point out something that for any decent registrar, is the norm, and doesnt take 2 attempts to do it :-)
I guess thats what you get when they are making about 1p or 2p per-domain..

I cannot fault their support either

10 out of 10 for me

They are not big on the telephone side of things though, although you can speak to them as you found out. They prefer the ticket system.

I mainly pointed it out because in comparison with my recent saga with a larger company it was kind of refreshing :)

I personally don't use them for hosting, just use em for domains.
