its not a case of finding good ones its a case of knowing the **** ones and being able to get rid of them before they cost you more time and money and more importantly damage your business and credibility.
About 2 in 10 of every sales man/woman you will hire will be gold. The trick is discovering they are good and then keeping them.
Having money in place to support them, offering a decent package and plenty of perks helps bring people in, more importantly set targets and reward!
