Ive been working through adobes flash book 'classroom in a book' and im just starting the action script version and i have a question about something i would like to build.

I want yo make a document creater where users can upload images, move them around and resize them and add text, change fonts etc and when they are finished they can download a pdf. It would be for creating simple business cards.

Is this possible in flash and what do i need to be reading about to find out how todo it?

This can be done with flash, it won't be easy though. There will need to be some server-side logic to store the file and generate the PDF.

thanks, good to know I'm heading in the right direction. I've already got a page that generates pdfs in php using fpdf so maybe I'll be able to reuse parts of that.
