Scope:

I have a very successful website design and development business here in the UK, and am now in the need of getting a few more experienced, skilled developers on board to take on projects that I have. We specialise in CUSTOM MADE sites, however we're now dipping our toes into the mobile app development sector, and have found a lot of interest already (we have 2 projects we're working on!).

As we're getting potentially a lot more work in this field, I require a few more developers to join the team on a per-project basis. You must be experienced in developing apps for mobile and tablets, including iOS (iphone/ipad devices), Android and Blackberry. i don't mind if you code using the SDKs or the adobe air system (that's what we've used so far and seems to work nicely).

I also have developers in my team who have worked with the BBC, and will be checking your work initially to ensure that you're producing the level of work that my clients want.

My business is successful, and so I get regular work in. My main website has just had a major redesign, and now has a major SEO marketing plan in place, so I expect work to continue to come in as much as it is - if not more!

What I need from you:

- You must be able to develop functional, exciting and accessible apps - I don't mind you using public code libraries, etc, but your code must be unique.
- My Unique Selling Point to my clients is the fact that we custom code their apps, and so I need capable developers to do that.
- You don't need to design although that would be beneficial.
- Must be experienced, have a keen eye for user accessibility and understand how to code logically and make a feature WORK on a mobile app.
- Willing to offer input, add little 'extras' to impress my clients (and me) and be available every day with updates on progress.
- Must be able to create CMS's and admin systems for clients to manage the app content remotely. (in some cases).
- Fluent English speaking, so you can fully understand the projects and their requirements

I also will require some code samples from you, to run past my current developers and make sure you're up to the standard we produce.
