Scope:

I have a very successful website design and development business here in the UK, and am now in the need of getting a few more experienced, skilled developers on board to take on projects that I have. We specialise in CUSTOM MADE sites, so we need someone who either have your own platform and/or can code your own system from scratch.

Projects vary, from simple small sites with small CMS requirements, to huge ecommerce or custom made sites with detailed backend systems and complicated functions. Budgets are healthy, and timeframes are negotiable (I let you tell ME what you want and how long you expect it to take). - however I have been in this industry for 10 years, so I'm not an idiot. I know how much things cost, and how long things should take. I also have developers in my team who have worked with the BBC, and will be checking your work initially to ensure that you're producing the level of work that my clients want.

My business is successful, and so I get regular work in. My main website has just had a major redesign, and now has a major SEO marketing plan in place, so I expect work to continue to come in as much as it is - if not more!

We currently are working on 5 projects, ranging from a relatively simple development of a CMS, to a HUGE travel site with major functions. I have another definite job, and a very likely second coming in. I also have potentially 3 more at the moment. So there's no shortage of work for the right candidate(s)!

What I need from you:

- You must be able to code in PHP and MYSQL, using unique code - I don't mind you using public code libraries, etc, but your code must be unique.
- My Unique Selling Point to my clients is the fact that we custom code their site, from scratch, and so I need capable developers to do that.
- You don't need to design although that would be beneficial.
- Must be able to take a PSD and turn it into HTML5 and CSS3
- AJAX/Java coding highly beneficial
- Must be experienced, have a keen eye for user accessibility and understand how to code logically and make a feature WORK in the real world.
- Willing to offer input, add little 'extras' to impress my clients (and me) and be available every day with updates on progress.
- Fluent English speaking, so you can fully understand the projects and their requirements
