I know SEO seraches keywords in our website. But keywords in title will be read 1st or keywords in content? And how do i charge for making seo for website. Please suggest me.

I'm not sure about SEO but what I can tell you is that you shouldn't be charging for SEO because you clearly haven't got a clue!

Lol, as Sam says, you can't charge for something until you know how to do it and you can back that up, either with a qualification, or experience.

Miles off the mark. There's more to SEO than keywords. Try sticking with original content, generated around the topic rather than specific keywords. Googlebot is very very clever and can interpret a page as a whole, rather than keywords themselves.

Keywords are very important in the website and mainly title keyword , keyword in url matters a lot.

I don't know about charging but I know that keywords in title gives good impact..and also important in content but don't try to stuff it...
