I've seen certain site that , when you right click , it brings up a popup that says " this function is not available"
could someone tell me how they achieve this?
Do you write this is the CSS ?
could someone post a link to a tutorial if you know where I can learn how to do this , please.

This feature isn't something I've seen on a site for a few years and for good reason. Disabling the right click is not only annoying to your users but also fairly ineffective - they can just turn Javascript off or look at the source code and copy images/text from there.

If you absolutely have to do it then follow zeds advice!
However, please re-think why you'd want to take away the option. many many users use this as an extra navigation tool and you're not going to stop people saving images or looking at the code. the only thing that removing right click does is ruin accessibility.

It's the most god awful way to "protect" (said in the loosest sense possible) your content. If I want to download an image I could take the whole 2 seconds to turn off JavaScript to remove your silly popup.
It's both unecessary and looks hughly un professional nowadays - avoid it.

And even if someone does not know that disabling javascript works, he can always print a screen and take what he wants. The best way to protect content is to give it away for free.
