Hey guys am starting a new web design company so am looking for atleast 2 web designers willing to work.

You should be able to:
Slice and code a PSD
Be able to design nearly every desgin a client wants.
Be able to complete the job in atleast 2 - 5 days depending on how any clients we get.

How you get paid:
Every month i will split all the money we make via paypal.

You can split the money anyway you like but don't go telling anyone on here how much you think they are worth. If the designer is doing everything then most will want 6-800 for your average site so where does your pricing structure leave you then?

If your a sales man I'll give you some decent commission based on paying sales. And ill pay you every 28 days
