Hey there, I am looking for a great flex/flash programmer to add a video conferencing feature to my website.
My website (http://vidobounce.com) is a video calling and chatting website so your work will be inline with it.
I am looking for someone you can build a video conferencing feature / group video chat to add to the website. On the UI you will see a button called post which does nothing when clicked on. You will work on that button. You will work to make that when a user clicks on that button it starts a video stream of the user. A panel will then appear with three choices of posting the link of the video conference he created to facebook, twitter or copy the link. If he posts to facebook anybody that clicks on the button will join the video conference to start video chatting with the person who initiated the video conference. Any video conference can hold up to 4 people.

Its basically it. The website uses adobe cirrus to video stream. If you're good with flex or flash it won't be too hard.
A better way to see what I mean is http://aim.com/av

So if you can get the task done, contact me at michaelnananzepa at gmail dot com
