Online taxi booking form Newbie Web-designer needs help

I have spent alot of time on this with no progress and finally decided to give up. I need someone to create a taxi booking form for me. I'm using joomla 1.6 and Chronoforms to create the form.

Requirements

  • request cab type, start location, end location, date & time (The company provide 3 types of car service. Saloon, MPV and VIP.)

  • validate input

  • send HTTP request to Google Directions API with start and end location

  • parse json response

  • validate response

  • calculate distance in km from response (Minimum charge is £15 for the first 1.5km. And then if possible editable section on the form, where the company can increase or decrease the price per kilometre.)

  • perform result sanity check

  • calculate price based on distance (MVP price is 50% increase from saloon price. VIP 100% increase.)
