Help
Hey,
My mate as a domain on my brother hosting package, currently it has wordpress installed on it.
However, when I FTP to the account, I get: 421 Home directory not available
Now, i'm not sure why its saying this, but cant figure out how I can still access Wordpress etc yet not via FTP. Anyone got any suggesstions on what to do?

Hello,
It's a permission error - are you using the username & password given to you by cPanel or have you made an FTP in cPanel?

Hey,
Its the one given by cpanel, which is really weird. Its not like I can look at the directory structure to see if something is up as I simply can't get onto it. Not sure what to do.

Contact you're host they should be able to sort it pretty quickly.
