If you have been viewing General Chat lately then you will know that i have been creating a site which allows you to download images and software for your website (with the slogan as 'download your site') but i need a better webhost, currently im using triple '0' webhost which is free but i need a domain name for life and a host that can handle unlimited traffic.

If anyone knows of a great premium host which has unlimited traffic, domain for life and is under $3/£3 please reply with a link

Tom Mack
Thankyou

what do you define as a premium host? The likes of 123-reg may fit your needs if you're not fussy about cpanel access. Of course all web hosts are subject to good/bad points but considering your budget you probably can't be too fussy.

You're also going to need to think about 'unlimited traffic'. All that say they offer this will have some terms and conditions that have restrictions along the way. Some will say what they are, some will just allude to the fact.

Well don't. It's a pretty damn quick way to have it locked and a warning... just saying ;)

A premium host is a host you pay for. The closest i've got is WebHostingPad.com

Hi Tom, You've got somewhat of an impossible request and as many have and will say if you look at any provider offering unlimited disk space or bandwidth, then you will soon find heavy restrictions in an obscure paragraph in the terms of service.

Try jomongee.co.uk

£2.99/month or £29.99/year with domain for life, 5 MYSQL databases, 10GB disk space, 100GB Bandwidth/month, cPanel access and much more.

I've been with them for 2 years, pretty epic customer service too.

As others have said, you would be best staying away from companies claiming to offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space.

I wouldn't buy anything from them based upon their website. It looks very 1995 to me :)
