Must be in UK, would be great if you're near Bristol, not too much of a problem if not, though meetings will be required.

Scope:

A wide skillset will be required; i'm looking for someone who's very talented, ambitious, innovative, and loves what they're doing. The Website will be required to be built from scratch. I have some design ideas drawn.

Size:

A type of social networking website. Ability to upload videos / audio required, though not embedded through youtube, i'd like it to be a new player. The ability for people to create a live video feed required. An attractive, lite design is a must. More will be discussed with successful applicant as the idea is being kept secret.

Time Frame:

To be discussed.

Budget:

Cost to be discussed, budget is relativly high (in the £thousands).

A chance to own a share of the idea will be offered.

Programming and designing are two very different disciplines. Have you considered hiring two separate people for the job?
