I'd like to sync the website I'm currently working on on both my Macbook and my PC, for obvious reasons. I'm using XAMPP, and I'm wondering how do I sync all the files in my htdocs and mysql database info, I was thinking using Dropbox, but how do I do so. Do I just drag the xampp folder into my dropbox, and work on the site directly on Dropbox? Would Xampp even work if it was in a dropbox?

Thanks.

EDIT: Would just using the xampp folder on a windows work with a mac? Because I realized I could just work directly on an external usb drive... What should I do so I can work on a USB drive between a PC and a Macbook?

So just to sum up my aim: To create a portable OS interchangeable XAMPP.
