Does anyone know how to force Chrome to refresh the SWF file in a web page when reloading the page. If I'm testing a new SWF I have to do it in IE because Chrome seems to cache the original, even after restarting the Browser let alone reloading the page.

Thanks in advance.

Did you try to clear Chrome's cache?

Sorry, should have said that i don't want to clear the cache completely as it is the default browser and has lots of useful stuff cached.
