Looking for someone to complete a project which has been started and needs to be completed the remaining work is listed below. The design has been done already. Please quote prices and time frames to complete below:-

Register page(register.php):
• Stop duplicate emails from being registered into the database
• Stop duplicate usernames from being registers into the database
• Use a Captcha
• Confirmation email
• Security question
• Terms and Conditions needs to be done and linked to the registration page
• Accept or decline of Terms and conditions

Search page(search.php):
• Search all Male / Female SQL not working (SQL may be wrong)
• Thumbnail picture of each user on results
• Change age to age range e.g. 18-25.
• Advanced search
• Drop down box for selection of gender
• Default 9 search results on the page but a next button and an array of users needs to be created so that more than 9 results can be seen
• Background for search form needs to be created.
• Footer disappears once search results are shown.

View others profile page (viewuser.php):
• Send “hello”
• Send Email
• Block and report
• King and Queen profile picture background needs to change depending on gender (coding already done for this, just needs the King picture card)
• Photo gallery to show the viewed users pictures
• User online now/Last online information

My profile (view_profile.php) page:
• View Emails
• Change password
• Change First name and last name
• Photo Gallery (upload and delete pictures)
• Online now / last online code

Emails (emails.php):
• Inbox
• Outbox
• Thumbnail image of user sent with emails

Feedback page(feedback.php):
• Contents

Login page(login.php):
• Remember me

Homepage(index.php):
• Flash video (saved as a swf/fla not FLV as flv doesn’t show up on websites)
• Any contents

Update profile page (updatepro.php):
• Regular Expression security left to do on 'Height' of user, just in case user attempts to SQL inject via the forms.

Forgotten details page (forgotten.php):
• Security question
• If security question is correct then recover password (send a link to their email so that they can create a new password or recover old one)

About us page(aboutus.php):
• Contents

Help and support(helpandsupport.php):
• Emails to send the mail to is needed

Payment system:
• The payment system, i.e. the account
• The payment page such as the forms etc.
• Security within the forms if forms are used e.g. Regular expression security and multiple encryption of data.

Header(header.inc.php):
• Percentage of males and females registered to the site

Chat page(chat.php):
• Chat needs to be installed on server and edited that way

On which Platform this project is build and this is the requirement then what work is done with the project? its just the design work finish or what? guide me.
