hi hopefully you can help me:

I registered a domain name with 123-reg a while back and then more recently bought some web hosting from dream-hosting.

website has all been set up fine but I am having problems with the email address I have set up - I am currently able to send but not receive messages from the 123-reg cpanel whilst the messages were accessible from the dream hosting webmail but i could not send.

am consequently very confused and any assistance would be gratefully received!

Can you update us your domain name, I guess the problem is with MX record update at 123reg end. One more thing I feel your emails should work from dream-host server, have you correctly updated the DNS?
