I too am not sure about Google having limited range.
With the latest integration being the games (which have actually been integrated really nicely), Google have really pushed forward with their social plans.

You are going to need a massive niche here to get in the market. All the best to you though.

You got it. Massive Niche. That's why I am still on here talking about this. To the tune of Na Na-Na Na Naaa Na, "we have something they don't"

Google doesn't do half of what we do. I bet the TWO guys that made Google, were told that AOL wouldn't go down easily either. Or how about Alta Vista? Yep, thankfully, we are on the right track. Google will still be the most popular search engine, but Google+? not a chance.

By the way Mike, did I tell you that, the now 14 employees we have, are dedicating their time to this project, with out asking for payment at this time. This is a true team of individuals that see the value of the project. Today, at the office, we are debating when to release some screens from the prototype to get the public's attention. The same screens that got THEIR attention, and encouraged them to help create this awesome 'App'. So, there is a possibility that I will have 4 new images in the slide show on the site today.

In such a field, if people are not getting paid to do the job you've most likely got issues.

Is it a social network? Coz with the big two and Google I can't see there being room for a third.

Actually, there is only room for 1. PerSer™.

But good on you, if you now have a web designer, you don't need to bother us on here, we'll keep an eye out for you making a company worth 1000x what Apple is.

Not bothering, informing. And not going anywhere BUT up. The hype is being started now. Watch the likes on the Facebook Page, then, get back to me.

I believe this is this is the reason that we are getting attacked so badly on this site and others. You want to know what we have, and the problem is, we are not giving any information to you. If we hadn't innovated so much new stuff, why would we be afraid to talk about it? Because we have INNOVATION. Things others can steal, and claim to be their own. A good reason to be tight lipped. I haven't held on to my PROPRIETARY INFORMATION for almost 9 months now, for nothing. No one here is special, and in 2 full pages of insults, I haven't let a thing go. lol.

We are selling information. It is more valuable a commodity than anything else.

Not going to lie, I'm pretty intrigued. Not intrigued as in 'WOW THIS IS GOING TO BE HUUGE OMGZ!!', but intrigued in the sense of 'This guy is a massive tool, but he must have something'

We would have had issues, but have been very clear on our terms and conditions. These are incredibly bright individuals, that REALIZE the opportunity that has appeared to them. Of course, everyone is GOING to get paid for their position, but, as of now, they all understand the importance of creating PerSer, and are willing to ride with us, until we take off.

I assure everyone here, we are not wasting ours or your time. We are still standing. Any questions?

You're going to fail.

Here's why: of your 14 people, I see 10 listed on this page. Two COOs, a CIO, A Chief Information Security Officer and 6 people with "Director" in their job title, out of a team of 14. That means you have 10 people who actually care enough about the minutiae of up-yourself business ******y to already have publicly-listed job titles (and probably business cards) before you've launched your product. It's not even a case of too many chiefs and not enough Indians. In order to make a groundbreaking product, you need each and every one of those 14 people to eat, sleep and breathe design, code and user experience.

I'd have told you to cram your job title and corporate structure where the sun doesn't shine until after launch. If each of the 4 people not mentioned have been ballsy enough to do that and have skills to match, you might have a chance of launching something that doesn't totally suck.

Yep, we have a wonderful chance to launch something that doesn't suck. Also known as 'Success'.

Only my partner and I, have business cards. No one else needs them yet. Shortly though.

You misunderstand me. Windows Phone 7 doesn't totally suck, whereas iOS is a success. There's a big difference.

You're bigging up your project in a forum full of very jaded people who've heard it all a thousand times before. Understand me: we are going to be harder than the general public to convince. We are going to need social proof, features, screenshots. You're wasting your time coming to us until you have something concrete to show us, and you will need to be the next 37signals in order to actually deliver. I don't think you are, because you're too marketing-heavy and code-light.

Furthermore: if your project was as surefire a success as you think it's going to be, you would have been willing and able to raise enough seed capital to pay your team from the beginning.

This is all I want you to understand. I know that, if I didn't have a viable solution or knew that I was going to be wasting my time, or my team members, I would walk away.

The order of events, and the way we go about getting things done, has been working since the beginning. We are doing everything correctly. I know that people want to give their opinions. But INSTEAD OF OPINIONS, how about listening, and asking QUESTIONS. We know what we are doing. This is happening.

Forums are not where we want to be. Tough crowds. We are going to TARGET our market for these web campaigns from here on out. Web Design Forums are not our market.

Thank you for ALL of your VALUABLE insight and information. We actually got a lot from here. To those interested, keep watching. Wish us luck.

Please, lock this thread.

To be fair you've been wasting your time here, yet you haven't walked away. If I were you I'd leave here, get on with the goal and come back when it's up and running.

I love how he puts capitalised words to try and ram home the point. If we are not the Market why persist in trying to convince us all we are?

Also I love how he is using Facebook to errr destroy facebook

Ah just leave it, if it is meant to die it will die naturally. No need to go on a lockdown.

It's an interesting study into the mind of delusional adults.

But then again, only two members of staff have business cards, so he might be serious! 888

Now then, it's a bit 14yr old girlish to say I've got xxx friends on facebook, however, if I was a future trillionaire, innovating and re-inventing social media at every turn, then I would defo expect to have more than 9 friends on facebook #justsayin

Heck, I will answer this one. I just started that Facebook account. All of those friends are employees. My other Facebook is for family and friends, but, I won't be needing either Facebook page, soon enough. PerSer replaces. Plus, I don't need friends. I need likes, and I need money. Getting the first and the second.

What part. The part about getting money, or the part about getting 'likes'. Once again, we are getting both of these. Pretty sure that getting money is only stupid to those that don't know how to get money. We know how. We feel brilliant. A great feeling that isn't able to be taken away.

But you are not getting money yet?

Don't rate the views on this thread as a sign of success, the human race prefers watching people fail then succeed, especially when they build them self up for the fall.

I can't stop thinking Bond Villain...

All of it. You basically said you don't need/want friends or family just money and likes.
It actually quite depressed me that there are people in the world who think like that. As for money being stupid, I never said that, money is a necessary evil, an evilthat is very quickly losing control.
I make a comfortable living but I don't live for money, I live for life, for doing things, having experiences and chilling with the people I love. Would I give that all up for money and likes... Feck no!

I wouldn't be so pleased about that. The Internet doesn't forget quickly and this thread is already cached on Google. God help any of your investors Google for you and find this thread. I can see a large revenue loss coming your way if they do.

I wouldn't be so pleased about that. The Internet doesn't forget quickly and this thread is already cached on Google. God help any of your investors Google for you and find this thread. I can see a large revenue loss coming your way if they do.

Alright. First off, re-read what I wrote for the response to your initial post. I edited it.

Second, I love my friends and family. I misspoke greatly about what I just said. Mistakes happen. I also, don't know where I said I crave money. The people that I personally know, that are reading this, and know me, literally just busted out laughing when you said I was going to be like a bond villain. This could not be further from the truth.

Let me allow all of you in on some secrets right quick. I am taking my money, and changing the world. PerSer Corp and PerSer are only the beginning.

Gr8erMinds LLC, my holding company, actually owns PerSer Corp in it's entirety. 100% of the equity. Gr8erMinds LLC is a legal entity with 2 members. I own 51% of Gr8erMinds LLC, whilst my partner Alex, owns 49%. PerSer Corp was incorporated with 2 incorporators. The first being my friend Aaron, our developer, and the second being Gr8erMinds LLC. This makes us a c-Corp. At the time of incorporation, Gr8erMinds LLC owned 94% or PerSer Corp, and Aaron owned 6%. He has retracted his offer, and, his 6% ownership was retained by us, Gr8erMinds LLC. Aaron was very busy, and could not take up any more of his time with this project, being that he is finishing college. He did however, resign professionally from our company, and contributed major ground breaking ideas, innovations, PerSer's Android UI, and wrote almost the entirety of the Technical Requirements, so as to have the code able to be written. That code is being written now.

We are preparing to buzz PerSer. The simplicity of it's user experience, makes it a powerful presence in it's self. The many innovations are mind blowing. The lack of redundancies is refreshing, and the ease of communication is near perfect. Quantum Entanglement. These are the prizes that are sought by every investor on the planet. Every single one of them. 2% of Americans can afford to create this network themselves. There are over 300,000,000 million Americans. Where we are. About 6 million people that can say, "Wow, good idea, let me get in." and can afford it without blinking.

And they are. I have been offered $100,000 for an amount of equity, that I can not afford to lose. We are allllmmmmooooossstttttt there on the number that I can afford. But not quite. Working on it. This deal should be finalized within week. If the number is right.

Or... I can walk away. We don't even have a product, yet, I have an offer? Wait until we get this in the News. In the paper. Post the YouTube video. Start our competition (which should begin in about 2 days.). Get PUBLICITY. I bet we can even put this in a private stock exchange and make millions right now. Maybe not, but, we have 50,000,000 shares of stock available.

Okay, so let's just say that we make only a billion dollars with PerSer. Heck, one hundred million only. Well, thankfully, Gr8erMinds LLC steps back into the game. Gr8erMinds LLC has 80 other manufacturable goods that have been designed by myself and another separate, close team of friends, over the last 4 years.

All of these other inventions, though very disruptive, lacked the ability to help us acquire capital to have them created. Manufacturing and Distribution require enormous sums of money to sustain, and they can fail easily. Didn't there used to be an Industrial Era? What happened to it? It failed. Technology put it out of business. Outsourcing has helped this tremendously also.

So, if you know that banks, angels, and VC, aren't going to help you with manufacturable goods, then you seek alternatives. Ours is Software.

With the money that is made from PerSer, I will be using my personal fortune to help the planet. We have created a green technology that reduces paper use in a major market by 70%. A new seed and crop system for growing crops anywhere. We have designed a way to allow parents to locate children easily. A smartphone app to help prevent fires. A VOiP conferencing software. We have even designed a Sport Luxury Coupe. This is a list of a few.

I am taking my money, and making a difference. Attempting to get several Noble Peace Prizes. Modernize the world. Every country on the planet, needs to be up to par, with the rest of the modern world. I can bring jobs to so many people, correct deficits, am already giving an ultimate communication software to the public, for free, to HELP the planet.

I'm not bragging, just telling a story. 81+ streams of revenue? Then I will make a call out, to the other entrepreneurs, and tell them, that if I like their Idea, I will give them 49%, and own those businesses also. Thousands of business, with thousands of streams of revenue.

Now, earlier, I had said that my friends had laughed at what you had said. Money doesn't mean a thing to me. I am going to enjoy my life, no doubt about it, but, change has more value to me than money. In just a few short years, in our lifetimes, there is going to be 14 billion residents of our fine planet. I'm thinking ahead. we might even see 22 billion while we are alive. Make space, not waste. Apply that to time, also.

We are gaining momentum now. Ever try to stop a freight train with an insult? Doesn't do much to the freight train, and, investors don't usually care what the freight train says in response to the insult, because they know that freight trains on set tracks. Tracks that ALL investors are trying to be on. Passengers on the Freight Train to success.

All I am trying to say, is that, I have my basis covered. For any reason PerSer were to fail, I now have 6 more software solutions to build and grow, and have many other ways to make fortunes. This is the part where we say, "ALLLLLL ABOARrrrD."

All those llc's and corporations and you still haven't got anything of note!

80 products to sell tha you've been innovating over the last 4 yrs (your at community college)

Friend is developer but you need a forum on your social network site.

You've said money doesn't mean a thing but you talk about making a trillion dollars.

You wanna help the world, you wanna revolutionise seed and crops! Wtf! You 'invented' a way for parents to track kids. Oh really patented? Coz that has been out for 10 yrs.

Conclusion. Put the drugs away and tidy your bedroom. Go play SimBusiness or something because our so ridiculous its funny. It'd be funny of you was British but the added American enthusiasm makes it pure awesome

damn, you stole all my ideas! I hope you've patented them. Paperless office, seed system (seems like someone has seen Unknown). Child location....yeah stick a chip in the buggers. Fire extinguisher in a phone, yep thought of that, bit impractical but I designed it and VOIP software, no problem. As for cars, designed loads when I was at school, some had more than 4 wheels. Beat that.
