Seeking simple Sagepay web form integration For customers paying invoices - no shopping cart!

Hi
I've designed and produced a new website for a client who wishes to add the ability for their customers to pay their 'paper' invoices online. They have applied for and set-up an account with Sage Pay and now we need to make it work.
The customer would go to the accounts page where they fill in a very simple form that includes: Name, e-mail, postcode, invoice number/reference and amount they would like to pay. At this stage when they click the submit button they are taken to the secure Sagepay payment page. As you can see there is no shopping cart involved. I thought this would be easy but I'm daunted by the 45 page Sagepay manual on integration. Job for a bit of a code guru me thinks!
In the past I've successfully built workable forms in 'Formstack' but I'm sure this requires a more advanced approach. [I can hear the disapproving sighs from the purists]
Others have posted similar requests so there seems to be a demand for a simple solution as I've described.
I would welcome any advice or a quotation to undertake this hopefully straight-forward task.
In anticipation.

Hi
It should be easy after all there is no complex shopping cart to deal with.
I've sent more detailed information to 'rallport' who I think offered to help you out ...did you get any further with him?
I will let you know anything I find out and I would be grateful if you could keep me up to date with your progress.
Kind Regards
Steve

Have you tried speaking to SagePay's support team? I was having a bit of trouble with IP addresses when integrating it with InfusionSoft, called their support team got it sorted in under 5 minutes.
