Hi there I'm new to this forum, found it while I was searching up a Web Developers forum.

I am currently working on a new project. It pretty much resembles any "open-project".

I am looking for graphic designers, web developers, application developers, and so forth.

Details of the project will be released to those who get back to me.

IMPORTANT:
A) FIRSTLY YOU MUST BE LONDON BASED OR EASILY CAN COMMUTE TO LONDON
B) SERIOUS AND HARD WORKING
C) WILLING TO TAKE YOUNG PEOPLE ONTO THE TEAM
D) I AM ASSEMBLING A TEAM NOT LOOKING FOR "DESIGN-SLAVES/WEB-SLAVES" I AM NOT A "SCUM"
E) THIS IS A VERY GOOD OPPORTUNITY AS THE PROJECT IS SOMETHING I SEE WORKING IN THE NEAR FUTURE
F) DO NOT WASTE MY TIME

If you can follow the guidelines on post-format (http://www.webdesign...before-posting/), that'd be great. It will just prevent people from jumping on you immediate. If a looking to hire post is formatted correctly, it just gives people the right impression of you from the off.

And being transparent with the salary is also a great idea.

Good luck in your venture.
