I have recently met with a client who is looking for a website that will automate the calculation of shipping costs for clients buying products from the UK to get shipped abroad.

The client offers a few main services; shipping for customers that buy a product but need a UK address to post it to before shipping it abroad (so the service is acting as a UK address and then shipping the product). The other service is that they will actually buy the product on behalf of a customer and then ship it (in this situation the cost of the product and the shipping is known up front). The other main service is where my client will bid on products on ebay for the customer up to an agreed price. The customer will have paid in advance and so sometimes an amount of money may need to be refunded. The product then obviously gets shipped in the usual way.

Ok so that's it in a nutshell.

I need someone to provide me with a quote to carry out this project. I'm happy with a pricing range as long as it's sensible and not wide open like "somewhere between 500 and 3000" obviously. This project could get the green light immediately for the right proposal. I'm not looking for pages and pages. My primary interest is what system you'd use, why and how you think it will achieve the requirements above.

Hosting and SEO will be handled by me, however the solution must be SEO friendly.
