Ho do you do mockups?

I wonder what tools and apps do you guys use for mockups.

I really love to work with balsamiq mockups. It's a great software... for this special purpose.

If I work with other people or want to show and discuss my stuff, I use Conceptboard. It's like a huge whiteboard with comment and scribble tools.

Pen & Paper. I have used balsamiq before, I'v also tried Mockingbird.
