Hi,

I'm in the middle of creating a new rental marketplace with some social networking features. Static html model with most of the features already exists.

Now I need professional to design
- smooth navigation between functions
- colours, fonts, layout... in fact all styling principles (how data is arranged on page, how many pictures and in which sizes, how messageboxes will appear, style of buttons, is there popups etc.)
- first logo for this service
- front page and about 7-10 other pages for a sample
- graphical elements into proper pieces which can be embedded into jsp pages

Required data fields and navigation flow can be easily seen and followed from static html version.

So I need to have design guidance, some pictures and html/script parts to be given to developers.

I'd like to have most of these completed by end of August.

Budget for this is up to £2500.
