We had a client who required his sign up process to integrate with his PHPBB3 forum. Now, although there was plenty of documentation for doing this with the previous version we could get no help for V3. We have put up the source code that we used incase anyone else should need to do the same thing in the future:

Hope it stops someone else form wasting as much time as we had to!

this will come in handy, i am design a new website for a gaming forum, they are wanting to upgrade to phpbb3
