Are there any windows text editors/IDEs that look at good as Mac versions?

For example, I've found that Code, and Textmate look really nice in terms of GUI, but I can't find anything on Windows that looks that good. The best I've found so far is Sublime Text 2. Am I missing something?

Eclipse PDT is quite pretty.
