Haha another "SEO" person that can hardly string a sentence together.

Anyway, for your level of English? I'd recommend something made by Clive Sinclair in the early eighties.

In case anyone with the same question is reading this (to save them starting a duplicate thread), at the time of writing the best bang for the buck would be a Core i5 2500K.

Bang on advice about the I5 2500K Renaissance and Bournemouth.

Pound for pound it's the equivalent of Roy Jones Jr. in his prime.

I'm looking at I5 systems with 8GB of RAM at the moment - they appear to be excellent value.

Just a note, I'd always recommend paying a smidgen more for the k models.

It just means you can overclock, and they overclock easily on air.

Just my $0.02 if you're into that thing.

A Q6600. I can't justify upgrading as I only use my PC for an hour or two in the evening, and not for anything strenuous.

I use an i7 950. I was going to get the 920 but the nearest Microcenter had the 950 on sale for the same price when I built my gaming pc/workstation.

We're a mix and match of AMD Bulldozer, Intel i7 and iMac. I personally use a 4.5GHz Bulldozer and whilst it's had a bit of bad press it sails through Illustrator and the like. One of our freelancers loves his iMac but I'm more than happy with Windows and a few high quality 24" screens.

I use a Intel Core i5-760 Processor in my home rig. Pretty dated now though, still does the business with 8GB RAM.

Nice find, but it's missing a couple from my collection - Commodore didn't start with the VIC-20 and end with the C64; they made the odd few innovative machines for a few years after that.
