Could Not Locate Remote Server Can't connect to any website Rate Topic: -----

The following message appears upon launch of my Opera browser (version 11.11):
'Could not locate remote server'


Opera has been entered into my Kaspersky Internet Security (Program Control) allow list and the same settings have been applied as my other browsers, which, by the way, all operate and function normally when launched.


Can anyone here offer suggestions that could possibly resolve my current problem?
In advance, thank you for your assistance with this.

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate
Security software application: Kaspersky
