Hi, All Im Starting A Digital Agency & Im After Some Advice Regarding How Do You Price Up Flash Design Work For Flash Header Animations, Banner Ads & Nav, Logo's ... How Long would it take to do each of these and what is the going rate of a intermediate flash designer.

If your starting up in a digital agency then wouldnt you know the costs and how long it would take? baring in mind that your experience is Intermediate?

Yes people are still using Flash, it is still the most predominant method of video delivery used on the web for one thing.

Yes, but it doesnt work on all devices. Try playing a facebook video on the ipad. You should use JQuery and HTML5.

But it would work on a mobile wouldn't it?

Seriously, 99.7% of the world haven't bought a tablet, so in my eyes, why design for it? Flash is so powerful in so many ways and in my eyes shouldn't be substituted for a measly percentage of the world.

It does when you use a HTML 5 fall back and combine the best of Flash and HTML as on this website -

http://www.webvideopresenters.co.uk

The videos play on iPad and iPhone.

What you should use and what you choose to use are two different things, Flash is still far more prevalent in terms of video delivery than HTML5 and the average internet home user wouldn't know the difference anyway.
