Well guys, I'd like to ask for some help on an issue. I'm trying to make a Scrolling Background website in Flash AS2.0 and it worked perfectly the first time I tried it! But now I've come to the issue of trying to place images on the background so when the mouse moves to the right there's a button there. And then when you go move the cursor to the left, a different button the viewer can click on is there. But, my issue is that when I either place text or a shape on either the same layer as the moving background or in a different layer above the background, it says anchored to the screen while the background moves (when I move the cursor around). I'd really like it if the buttons I make can be stuck TO the background when the cursor moves around.

I know this is defiantly possible because I've seen this on a LOT of websites. I just must be doing something wrong. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this and any comment is greatly appreciated! :)

Thanks,
CDMS

Tell ya what, mate. There is no any person with extrasensory perception who could solve this problem without seeing source.
