I can make such menu in Flash. Also you can find a lot Flash tutorial about menu creation

Ok thank would be great if you could help me. I also have another project to do that needs flash menus. I am a novice with flash.

you had taken about 23days to message back, for some reason i dont feel this is important? therefore i dont think he would waste his time doing something for someone who doesnt really need it, neither will they learn from it, so i have a good suggestion of visiting tutorialized.com and actually learning flash, just find a tutorial rather than someone doing it for you otherwise you wont learn

i dont see any reason to make a flash menu since you are a novice and you are not building a flash website. that would be wrong from other points of view, like on-page seo.

Try learning some basic actionscript because that menu is quite easy to build.

OK, Well my other client wants menus which spin when you click on it. And another one which when you hover it gets bigger and the rest stay small

the second menu, with hover=bigger can be done with CSS. It will not have the perfect motion tween effect wich you can obtain with Flash .. but its something you can work with. Example:

div#menu a {font-size:12px;}
div#menu a:hover {font-size:14px;}
