I have downloaded a flashmo template. If you clock any area outside the navigation buttons of this template, it directs the you to Flashmo.com. How do I remove this action?

I am only a novice when it comes to Flash - InDesign and Illustrator are my thing - so I would appreciate any help I can get here.

Cheers

Hello,
To navigate to another site you would use the getURl(); function, therefore look in all of the actionscripts on the document(press F9 or click the actions pane and on the left there should be a panel with stuff like frame 1 and movieclip name), go through them all until you find the getURL and then remove the whole of that line or replace the website within the brackets to your website and then try it, if there is nothing else in the brackets for the click then you may have to put something in the brackets or remove the whole of the onPress or onRelease or whatever, if your still stuck just repost with the prob ;)

Hey Gary, cheers for the reply. I have tried removing the website references in the actionscripts - it still navigated to the site I am trying to remove!
Even if I do a "find and replace" search for the website I trying to remove, it finds no script for that site - yet when I run the movie....BINGO there it is!
The script I am trying to alter can be found on the Flashmo website and its called the touch slider 237. If you want to have a play with it and see if you can remove the script that makes it navigate to their website - I would be most appreciative.
Hope you can help because this is driving me nuts!
